School Culture and Climate Data

Rebecca Bumgarner

Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8’s (FFC8) values listening to each voice: students, staff, and family members. Multiple opportunities for stakeholders to provide both formal and informal feedback are offered, welcomed, and encouraged for continuous improvement.

Attendance:

One of the most important aspects of school culture and environment can be simply measured by active student attendance. When students attend school they are actively investing in the culture, climate, and learning opportunities available.

Parent Survey Results

Conrad strives to build positive and collaborative relationships with parents to support all students. The parent survey reflects the positive partnership and desire for parents to keep their child at the preschool as long as they can.

Family Voice

Family members are an important part of the FFC8 community to support students. Schools are interested in hearing from student family members. Please inquire about opportunities to serve on school committees and feedback sessions. Displayed are results from some of the most recent questions that were asked of families regarding respect, communication, wellbeing and technology access.

Faculty and Staff Feedback

The entire staff is committed to creating a safe, caring, and academically engaging environment. It is important that every member of the FFC8 community has a voice, and is supported to serve the best interest of every student.
