2024/2025 Parent Survey

FFC8 Parents/Guardians,

The annual Parent/Guardian survey for all FFC8 schools is now open. We hope you’ll take just a few minutes to fill out this brief survey. Staff worked to simplify it this year to collect data that we feel is meaningful and still provide you an opportunity to give feedback.

The deadline to respond is Monday, March 31.

If you have more than one child in a school, please use the survey tool to evaluate the school as a whole. If you have multiple children in multiple schools, there is an option at the end to take the survey over and provide feedback per child/school.

Your feedback is confidential. After the survey closes, results will be reported publicly by the district and at the school level, using the overall response data and themes from comments, but no individual answers.
